Our story

We kept watching companies lose
what mattered most.

The origin

We built and operated businesses. Different industries, different teams, different technologies. The pattern never changed.

The most valuable knowledge inside a company didn't belong to the company. It lived inside people. A senior employee knew how to recover a difficult customer. A sales manager knew exactly when to negotiate. A support agent knew which questions prevented escalations.

Every time someone left, part of the business left with them. The company started learning all over again.

AI didn't solve that. It simply made the conversations better. The knowledge was still fragmented across chats, CRMs, documents, inboxes, and people's heads. We didn't need smarter models. We needed a way for companies to remember how they operate. So we built Glove.

The insight

Operational knowledge should belong to the company.

Most AI companies compete to build better models. Faster, smarter, cheaper. We chose a different problem — not how AI thinks, but where business knowledge lives.

Where we're going

The coordination brain of the AI-native company.

We're building the infrastructure where companies accumulate operational knowledge instead of losing it. Where every conversation strengthens the business. Where every process becomes more effective over time.

Not because the AI gets smarter. Because the company does. That's the future we're building — and we're just getting started.
