Cookie Policy

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help us operate the platform and understand how it is used.

Cookies we use

No cookie is set until you accept. On your first visit nothing but your own consent choice is stored. Analytics only loads once you accept, and until then Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage denied.

Consent record. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key glove-consent. It is not a cookie, it is never sent to us, and it persists until you clear your browser data or change your choice.

Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4. Set only with your consent, by Google LLC as our processor. IP addresses are anonymised and we do not use them for advertising or to build profiles.

• _ga — distinguishes visitors. Expires 2 years after it is set.
• _ga_LPQP8MPZPL — keeps session state for our property. Expires 2 years after it is set.

What we look at is aggregated: pages visited, time on site, traffic sources, country. Reporting data is kept only for the retention period configured in our Google Analytics property and is then deleted automatically; you can request the current period from privacy@getglove.com.

Strictly necessary. Required for the site and the signed-in platform to work, so they are not subject to consent: session management, security tokens and the cookie choice above.

We do not use advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share data with data brokers.

Managing your choice

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the Cookies link in the footer of any page. Declining stops analytics from loading; accepting after declining loads it from that point on.

Cookies already stored can be deleted from your browser settings, which also lets you block cookies entirely. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the platform.

Legal basis: consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI) for analytics; legitimate interest for strictly necessary cookies.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Glove, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The service

Glove provides a shared execution layer where AI agents, humans, and software coordinate business processes from a single shared state. Features and availability may change over time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Glove to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell access without written authorization

5. Data and privacy

Your use of Glove is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. You grant Glove a limited license to process your data to provide the service.

6. Intellectual property

Glove and all related technology, trademarks, and content are the property of Glove Technologies Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our intellectual property.

7. Partner program

Partners who participate in the Glove Partner Program are subject to a separate Partner Agreement which governs commission structure, client relationships, and usage rights.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glove shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
