Dualdrive

The human is in the loop.
No one knows it.

When AI and human share the same state, handoff becomes invisible. And every human intervention makes the system smarter — not the model.

Execution

Humans decide. Glove executes.

Stepping in doesn't mean doing the busywork. Any action configured in your process fires with one click — or on its own, when the state calls for it.

Why it matters

Your best way of working becomes company infrastructure. Stop rebuilding expertise every time someone joins.

Your best employee has learned thousands of decisions:

What to say. What to offer. When to wait. When to escalate. What usually works.

That knowledge normally lives in people's heads.

Glove puts it into the system.

New hire? They start with the process.
New channel? It uses the same state.
Peak demand? The process keeps running.
Someone leaves? The strategy stays.
Guidance

Every action scored against outcomes.

What worked. What didn't. What your best people do differently. The system knows, and it tells whoever steps in.

Questions

Dualdrive, in short.

More in the full FAQ, or write to hello@getglove.com.

01

What does the operator see when they take over?

The full process state: what has happened on every channel, which step it is on, and the next best action scored against what has actually closed before. No reading back through a thread.

02

Does the customer notice the handoff?

No. The conversation continues in the same thread, with the same context and tone. There is no transfer message and no repetition — which is why we call it invisible.

03

Can a human override what the system suggests?

Always. The suggestion is scored, not enforced. The operator can accept it, edit it or do something else entirely, and whichever they choose is logged as a human decision.

04

Does the AI keep working while a human is in the process?

Yes. Manual mode does not stop the engine: it keeps holding the state, drafting from it and executing the steps that do not need a decision, so nothing stalls while someone is at the keyboard.
